That Good ol' Sunset

I'm not immune to a pretty sunset. I don't think anyone is. Whether or not you are a photographer, a poet, a painter, or a musician, sunsets will always get a hole of you and give you that rush to create something. It's just something about the way the heavens change color and meld to the ground below that catches your eye and makes you want to capture it for some future moment.

This was photographed just north of Portland during a windy evening. The perfect end to a hectic day when nothing in the world could go wrong and the sun lingered along the horizon for a few seconds just for me.
